Teaching since 2023KCR Academy - USAVerified
Elevate your practice and transform your client outcomes with a specialized educational Pathway to Bodywork Mastery, originated in Scotland by pioneering physiotherapist Hugh Gilbert. This unique curriculum begins with Kinetic Chain Release™ (KCR), a whole-body balancing protocol, and extends into advanced work with the connective tissue system. True growth as a practitioner does not always mean doing more or working harder; instead, it means becoming deeply connected to what you already know and learning how to listen differently to the body. Training with me blends technical precision, clear communication, and a heart-centered approach to build your hands-on confidence and skill. Your journey doesn't end in the classroom, as I continue to provide support long after the course is over.

This course as just as great as the KCR course. KCR was the first modality to make my chronic pain from the military go away and kept it off without a second treatment for months. CTR1 has given me even more tools to be able to help people like myself get their lives back. It even gave new ideas on why my injuries have caused so many issues. I can’t wait until I can get into CTR2 because of this class. I couldn’t recommend it more

I took KCR and loved it! At first I wasn't sure about the course though I know the kinetic chain is important when working with clients. The content is great and the results that this protocol gets are amazing. Learning this is incredibly important for any body worker.
