Deepfeet Bar Therapy Ashiatsu Basics

Meet Abby ParkerVerified

Meet Abby Parker Abby Parker is a Licensed Massage Therapist with over 25 years of clinical experience and nearly 20 years practicing Ashiatsu. A Deepfeet Bar Therapy Certified Instructor since 2018, Abby brings her real-world experience from a busy massage practice into the classroom. What she loves most about teaching is watching massage therapists discover an entirely new tool—their feet, or as she likes to call them, their “big hands.” She believes Ashiatsu can help therapists work smarter, use their whole body more effectively, and extend the longevity of their careers. Abby teaches Deepfeet’s comprehensive curriculum, from beginner through advanced courses, in small classes of no more than six students. Her goal is to create a friendly, supportive learning environment where every therapist leaves feeling confident in what they’ve learned and excited to bring it back to their clients. Classes are held in historic Haleʻiwa on Oʻahu’s beautiful North Shore, where students can combine continuing education with a little Hawaiʻi country life—world-famous surf, beaches, swimming, snorkeling, great food, and, quite often, a rainbow or two. For Abby, massage therapy has been an incredibly rewarding career, and sharing that passion with other therapists is one of the greatest joys of teaching.
